We cover all types of air conditioning work in both domestic and commercial properties.

Our trade – accredited engineers are trained to the latest requirements and regulations like Part L aimed at reducing your carbon footprint and Part F which ensures adequate ventilation to avoid sick building syndrome and all the necessary building regulations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Charges are per hour with a one hour minimum charge and thereafter in 15 minute units.

All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate.

Emergencies: systems not cooling / heating, product not freezing in refrigerator, water leaks, ventilation systems not working

 

Repairs: replacing filters, pressure testing pipe work, recharging the system with refrigerant, repair or replacement of compressor or fan motors

 

Installations: chassis type systems, ducted concealed systems, cassette ceiling mounted systems, high wall mounted systems, VRV & VRF systems, floor or ceiling flexi units

 

Servicing: checking refrigerant leak, chemical cleaning, checking operation of remote controller, cleaning air filters, testing drainage system, checking electrical conditions
