Our highly skilled carpentry team are highly experienced and master craftsmen in their trade. They are City and Guilds qualified and/or have served many years apprenteship in their trade.

Sloane Property Maintenance carpenters have been working in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea / and Westminster residences and have been involved in numerous high end projects. Bespoke fitted joinery solutions and furniture/cupboards for bedrooms, kitchens as well as outdoor solutions are an everyday task.
Floating shelves, built in cupboards, wooden flooring, sanding, restoration and laying, kitchen installation, storage solutions are a few of tasks capable of our carpenter.

 

Sash Window Restoration

Sash window restorationand repair is one of the major works that SPM are involved with and specialize in.
Some of the works we currently undertake with sash windows:
Strip old paint              Fix and repair sash box frames suffering from wet rot

Repair and caulk         Re-weight sash lead weights

Repaint                       Repair cords 

Remove sashes          Re-route with router to incorporate double glazing into single glazed units

Charges are per hour with a one hour minimum charge and thereafter in 15 minute units.

All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate.
