At Sloane Property Maintenance we certify and maintain most types of domestic heating and hot water systems, from boiler breakdown repairs to domestic gas services and central heating installations. Our team carry out repairs quickly to ensure you have hot water and heating when you need it. All our engineers are qualified to carry out installations, repairs and services on gas cookers and hobs, gas leaks, gas safety tests, gas fires and water heaters. We also carry out Landlord Checks and Certificates, including Gas Safety Certificates.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Charges are per hour with a one hour minimum charge and thereafter in 15 minute units.

All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate.
